Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING - BY PURCHASING FROM THE GRAZING ZEBRA YOU THEREBY AGREE TO OUR POLICY BELOW.

 

BOOKINGS

Any bespoke and larger products/services that are being purchased from The Grazing Zebra will require payment upfront. All large bookings need to be made at least three months prior to the date required.

DELIVERY

Please be aware that your chosen delivery time is not exact and may change - we will contact you within 48 hours if this is the case. 

​

ORDER RETURNS

Due to the fresh nature of our produce, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your order we must be informed within 3 hrs of the product being received in order to offer replacements or refunds. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We are unable to process cancellations. For any order changes such as a date, we can do this provided that we’ve got availability for your new date. Please contact us with all the details via email.

 

Any large/bespoke orders require non-refundable deposit in order to secure your date/booking, this is normally 50% of the total value. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds if you inform us of a cancellation. However, we may be able to offer a date change providing there is availability within our calendar. In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking you will be refunded the whole amount paid.

ORDER CHANGES

Customers can amend orders within a 2 hour ‘grace period’ after booking. Beyond this, we are unable to process any order changes.

DATE HOLDING

Due to the high number of enquiries for bespoke grazing displays, we are unable to hold dates.

FOOD/PRODUCTS

Seasonal Produce & Supplier Availability

As our produce is sourced weekly and garnishes can be seasonal they are subject to availability and substitutions. Although the majority of our menus are fixed, there may be slight changes season to season. We may also face supplier issues at times, and so cannot guarantee each and every product, such as figs, edible flowers and honeycomb. We will always use an alternative or use more of another product to compensate. Please refer to our menus on the website as a guide to what you can expect.

FOOD HANDLING & STORAGE

When products are received please keep chilled and consume within 2 days. Our grazing boxes and platters are best consumed on the day. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if not kept refrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards. By agreeing to our terms and conditions the customer is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. The Grazing Zebra will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES

Please notify of any allergy and dietary requests at checkout, however we cannot accommodate special allergy requests due to high risk of contamination. If you or your

guests/customers have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens listed below:

The Grazing Zebra are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our food if we have not been forewarned of any allergies or dietary requirements in the booking process.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Unless our customers explicitly ask us not to use images taken at their event, we reserve the right to use them on our social media platforms.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Services;

  • To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
